A custom residence in Surfside, glazed by Southeast Glazing from the envelope to the final clean.
The entry is framed by a double-height ESW curtain wall, with the opening held to exact dimensions for the entry door, installed by others. Eurowall flush-track sliding doors, set with stone floor inserts, open the living spaces to the water, and Aldora storefront completes the envelope — with the interior faces of the units custom painted to match each bedroom's finishes.
Inside, we installed oversized mirrors, including mirror cladding in the bedrooms, and the sauna glass. Break metal runs throughout the house. The job closed with final window and door cleaning and an owner service package.
Envelope, interior glass and finish work — one team, one schedule.
